Bidding $15 just guarantees that if suddenly 200 people start
bidding, you'll be at the top of the list. The final sale price is the
lowest bid that still falls within the available quantity, in this case,
probably $10. I bid $10.51 just so I was a step up the ladder in
case things get nutty at the end.
