Hope so ... I particpated in a Dutch auction a few months ago, bid the
asking price, and didn't win ...! I complained to the seller, and he
offered me the item (internal SCSI disk drives) at my bid price.

While that had a happy ending, I hope the seller knows what's what
with Dutch auctions ....
