[NTLK] Basilisk II Settings Question

I am trying to get Basilisk II running on a P4 laptop. When I try to sync
with a MP100, it starts to connect then dies with a communications error.
Could someone running this sucessfully let me know how you have your ports
configured in Windows and how you have your Basilisk prefs set? I have tried
as many different combinations as I could think of with no luck.
