Incorrect. You don't need Windows support for AppleTalk in order for
BasiliskII to be able to receive AppleTalk packets. What you do need to
do is go to the Network tab in the BasiliskII GUI and make sure that
it is set to receive AppleTalk multicast packets.

Make sure that you have the AppleTalk networking protocol properly
installed on your Windows drive. Without it, TCP/IP will work, but not
AppleTalk, and that will make it nigh on impossible to work with NBU or NCU.
