I unpacked it successfully, with Stuffit Expander 5.5/PC. It's exactly the
same as this file in UNNA:

http://www.unna.org/unna/drivers/modem/motomont.pkg

Both this file name and the package's name suggest that this is a Motorola
Montana modem driver, and not an Ethernet driver.
