NO!
You sure have some creative ideas for connecting to the internet!
You need to have the internet connection(for internet apps) over an
interface that supports TCP/IP...
On the newton there are three options that I am aware of.
1) Ethernet; available on the MP2000/2100 and eMate only.
2) The incredibly spiffy wavelan wireless driver.
3) The serial port using MacIP (this is somewhat sketchy, but I have
done it before).
Your internet sharing on the Tibook would work fine if you had ethernet
on the Newt or if you had wireless you probably wouldn't even need to
share since it sounds like you have a wireless net already...

PS The keyspan adapter is serial only it does not support Localtalk,
and OSX knows nothing about MacIP anyhow...
