It ain't much to look at... yet.
Most of the changes are under the hood. Cleaning up the underlying code
in preparation to migrate the whole site over to XHTML 1.0 Strict and
CSS2. I'm also reorganizing all the various chunks of content, while
beginning to add other articles and reference documents related to the
history and development of NPDS.
Just you wait...
