As if I am an IT professional :-) I'm just a film sound engeneer, although
yes, mixing consoles we use these days have a bunch of ethernet connectors
on their back and even some kind of Unix installed. Looks like you'll soon
have to learn Terminal commands to troubleshoot your Home Theatre :-) (At
least we had to learn some terminal magic to fix our consoles :-)
