You're getting the error message because one of the Outlook meetings
you're trying to synch has too much text in the title field.

Check through your meetings (or sometimes the tasks) and edit down the
longest titles, then re-synch. The error message will go away, but the
meeting in question will probably not synch as Lookout will think it's
already been done.

I get this all the time because people at work insist on writing a book
in meeting invitations ..... brevity seems to be a dying art in our
organization. :-(
