From the NewTen-Website:
"NewTen supports any USB serial adapter that installs a driver into Mac
OS X's "/dev" directory"
That could be the catch here. The drivers from Keyspan do that, maybe
the iConcept-adapter-driver not (if there is one).
Give it a shot and cantact the programmer Steven about your problem.
