Hi!

On a 4.6GB harddrive? Not really an option IMHO.
Sometimes it would be nice to have a Windows bootable from cd, like Knoppix. I
really only need Windows for firmware/bios updates and such things...

I'm not quite sure if I understand your question.
Web surfing, checking mail, NPDS, NetTime and other IP stuff works fine.
The only thing that does not work with my wireless card is printing via
Appletalk to my Linux server.

My router will at least send the packets from wireless to wired.
As I pointed out, the packets sent by the Newton differ considerably depending
on which networking card I use. I suspect that one of the two different
packet formats gets ignored by the netatalk daemon.
I can send the ethereal log file if someone is interested.

I'll try to call them.

The settings on my Newton seem to make sense.

Maybe there are diferent versions of Appletalk and netatalk only understands
one of them? Anyone printing to a Linux server via wireless?

Thank you,
Gert
