Hey, Matt...
I use my Newton for business.
I actually re-activated my MP2100 recently to take advantage of something
the Palm can't do, namely print (easily and/or throughout the OS).
I'd been using a Palm IIIx to track time onsite, as well as names, dates,
etc. All well and good, except I wasn't getting my billing out timely, and
the rigamaroll to move the data fromt he Palm to the billing software was a
PITA.
So, the bookkeeper handed down the law on billing and I had to find a way to
print an invoice onsite. The Palm won't do this without an add-on app, and
even then, it only prints with the built-in apps, and some packages like
Documents to Go. But the Newton prints natively.
So, I use my MP2100 to track names, dates, to-dos, etc, as well as time
onsite, so I can get a signature on the invoice, and keep the bookkeeper
happy.
