The inital work to enable this has been done by Eckhart Koppen. Using
his "Nitro" software, I have been able to connect my 2100 to my Sony
Ericsson t68i (GPRS-enabled phone) via infrared and actually establish
an Internet connection. It's not too stable, fast, or cheap, but it's a
start, and I expect Eckhart will continue development efforts.
