I was just thinking about the iPod's ability to import contact info. While I
think it's a nifty idea, I am a (new user) iPod purist. That is to say, all
I care that my iPod to is transfer music easily between it and my Mac, and
play my music with ease and audio clarity. That being said, IMHO, the Newton
is far superior to the iPod as a PDA (read: personal digital assistant, not
portable data access (a Palm device, heh!). I think they should stand
separate, in that respect.
Now, if Stevie comes up with a new device that is an iPod/Newton
morph...well...!! (Apple certainly has the technological know how...)
