Thanks! I think using Daniel Padilla's mp3 test file accomplished this=20=
first-in-the-soup step for me (although I didn't figure this out right=20=
away, or that the untitled slips that kept appearing were actually my=20
uploaded mp3 files until I tapped the play key in frustration and was=20
shocked to hear my track playing -- fittingly, "Take It Easy," the old=20=
Eagles classic).
Anyway, thanks for the help. The transport works great, as does Mad=20
Max, although the IBM microdrive I'm using makes the whole process=20
horribly slow. I think switching to an ATA flash card for storing music=20=
files will speed up the process (do you agree?).
