ITYM 75% of people use browsers that CLAIM to be IE, for one reason or
another.
(Just back from yet another site that "requires IE 6.0 or better",
refuses entry to those that don't send back the happy user agent string,
yet works perfectly fine if I tell Opera to lie.)
