[NTLK] chacking e-mail - error

On MP2000, using SimpleMail I found one big problem receiving e-mails.
After connection, during email box check, I get ERROR msg.
I set ISP configuration with username, POP Host name and password, in my owner info.
Everything seems to be OK, but ….. I can’t receive e-mails.

Thnx for any suggestions.
