Bit more info on this, the test point that the working broken pin is
resting on connects to one of the pc card controller chips on the other
side of the board. (U14, CL-PS7030) The point could be ground to mean
that chip is working fine. Looks like you got lucky with that slot
=] Still shouldn't use either one before you fix it or risk damage to
both newton and card
