An auction is "at home" on the particular eBay portal that you use.
Depending on the settings you have provided for availability, the
auction can be viewed from other portals in other languages (well, the
fixed elements are in other languages, not your own description, of
course!).
Unfortunately, not all eBay portals have the same Search interface. it
is not particularly clear, for example, on the USA portal, that it is
also possible to view auctions located in other parts of the world that
are available to US buyers; the possibility of searching "foreign"
auctions is far clearer on most European portals.
