You may be thinking of ethanol (normal alcohol) which is available at
70, 96 and 99% purity ....
Isopropyl alcohol (2- propanol, isopropanol) is generally sold pure
(99.9%), I think.

Anyway, since you want it to take the water out, you want it without water.
