Whoa, Nelly!
Isopropyl alcohol does indeed come in several concentrations, from 50%
to 90% in the drugstore. Get the highest concentration you can find.
The less water, the quicker it will evaporate.

BTW: Ethanol can never be above 95% purity except by special means. It
forms an azeotrope with water at 95/5%. To get it higher, you need to
use a special absorbent to remove the remaining water as distillation
will not take it any further.
