More than likely the same way you would package any sized MP3 content -
either using Daniel Padilla's MP3 Builder [1], Vincent Lee's Newton MP3
to PKG Converter, or Eric Schneck's iTunes plug-in [3].

I think the issue you are going to run into is more about storage than
conversion and installation.
