Yeah, a 2000 or a 2100, if you are unsure about how committed you want
to be to the Newton money wise, a 130 runs around $50 generally,
sometimes less, not typically more and that will give you an excellent
taste.

It seems most Newton users work on a 2100 or 2000. Most RAM, last OS
version, able to do ethernet and wireless ... they are the most
functional models.
