Hmm, did you try (backup your press document file (np!)first!) saving
after each page break insertion? I have noticed that often if Press
gets "cranky" I can save as I go and don't have as many problems. Or if
it does crash I don't loose much then (but that happens very rarely).
If you are using a Mac, perhaps you can give it more resoucres? I am
not Mac fluent but I have heard of this fixing others problems.

I should also mention that MP2000 portrait mode won't fit on the emate
screen unless you rotate it (and that machine is not comfortable to use
in portrait mode). Classic or universal works fine though.
