The best solution I found so far for doing the very same thing was to do a
backup on a memory card and then restore it on th eother Newt.
Also a full backup via NCU (best via Ethernet) will do.
I would not recommend to use IR or serial, because this is by far too slow
(of course depending on how much data you have to synch ...
