Hi Paul, Today being a Sunday, I tried brain-wiping the MP2k and
re-installed ATA-Support-1.0RC6.1-Demo, with the same results. Has anybody
else noticed this problem?
Does ATA-Support work with Microdrives (1/1.5/2 GB) and SmartMedia cards
(using a 4-in-1 card reader like the one shown here:

Also, could I use a 512MB CF card with only a single 512MB partition? for
MP3s :)

No, none of the packages are crossed. I'm able to view/edit my Names & ToDos
data, which is stored on the card, but tapping an application displays a
message "Sorry, a problem has occurred. (-48201)"
Also, upon restarting or inserting the card, a messagebox states "Sorry,
there is a problem with this card". I tried re-initialising the card;
everything worked fine (including restarts & quick battery swaps), until I
finally removed the batteries waited for 15 minutes before inserting them
again.

I would need more details to understand what's going on and give you
pertinent suggestions.
What do you mean it will not allow you to execute any package on the card?
What does it say exactly? The exact message is important.
How do you view the packages? Are they crossed?
