Although Escale has been working pretty stable for me (after I follow
Paul's instructions and upgraded both mac and newton to the last stable
nightly build), I may suggest you to use Panther's personal webserver
and NewtScape (registered version) or In/Out Box (with NHttpLib) to
upload packages / text files / mp3 files. I set a fixed IP for my
powerbook, and connected it wireless to my newton thru an ethernet dhcp
server/hub and a base station.
