Hi Mark,

Sounds like Toast Titanium 6 would be a good choice. It comes with Disk Doctor 2 which is exactly the program you need
to digitize vinyl or cassette tapes (or 8-track... Oops! showing age there).

Of course, Toast is a must for every mac owner.
