Been using the NCU on my Mac for a while to connect and backup/sync. Now, I
need to do the same on my PC.

I've got a serial connector, with the 2100 connector, running XP w/SP1.
After installing NCU, the only port I can see is COM4, and that's not
(apparently), where the MP2100 is connected.

Is there something that I am doing wrong, or just missed a step?
