I have tried the documented process outlined by Paul Guyot, to the tee.
+1/ Copy the 717260 system update and put it in the same directory than the
+0031UPDT.COM program.
+2/ Rename it 717260.pkg
+3/ Run the 0031UPDT.COM program. It will modify the system update.
+4/ Rename the system update to 710031.pkg or anything else that would help
+you to remember it is the new version.
+Then install the update.
I get an error message that states that the pkg doesn't appear to be a pkg?
This is the 717260 file I used, "MP 2000 2.1 717260 US.sea", I suspect that
this might not be the right file or .sea is a compressed type of file?
Please Help!

<The 710031 patch (US MP2x00 only) also fixes the Dates/Find bug.

<I Brain wiped and now have NOS 717260, do I need to do the above mentioned
<710031 or any other patch?
