I believe there are two options
1) http://www.smartdogsw.com/
2) http://40hz.org/

Both of these add higher lever protocols supported by palm and
supposedly PocketPC to Newton IR arsenal.

You can use mail V to send drawings to your PC via email, although they
come through as GIFs as I recall. This is the best way I know of, as
there is no PC or Mac native program which can render Newton drawings.

Consolidation is not the nature of the internet. Learn to use Google
it's your friend. Also the Newtontalk archives are a tremendous source
