You're not supposed to be you can't of course.
What is a bit strange is when a Newbie starts to attack both the list
and it administrator.
Of course anybody is entitled to both, but in that case it might be
helpful to either know the list better or to phrase your words a bit
more careful.
Frontal attacks tend to generate frontal attacks after all..
