but I've some doubs reason is in routing policies of my provider (for
what I know there are different subnetting and routing policies
depending on class adddress some operator possesses, type of contract
you pay for, etc... ):
when connected if I try to reach NPDS with a computer connected via
another networks (i've tryed with my pc at work connected to internet
via the company network and a friend of mine using an adsl connection
confirmed it can browse some NPDS page -home and some notes posted -
at the address assigned to my newt when connected) it works for some
times. After few minutes newts became unreachable even if connection
seems alive.
But what I've noted at this point is another thing: if I set to NEVER
the "disconnect" option in my gprs internet setup and I begin a courier
or raissa navigation at some point it cannot resolve addresses.
As an example
1. I connect to internet to update a raissa page
2. after update has finished connection remain alive (I choose to not
close connection when answer to dialog that appear)
3. I try to update another(or the same) page... raissa cannot resolve
address: the connection dialog remain in "looking for http://...." then
it close giving an empty page.
What I'm looking for is if this two problems are somewhat connected...
