Great tip - but what about the obvious one I haven't read anyone
mention yet. When your in the Extras, tap the big 'dot' (overview icon)
and all your icons are changed to list view with checkboxes beside
them. You can then check off all the items you want to delete in one
go.
Mind you may not be as fun as scrubbing though :)
