Try on UNNA:
http://www.unna.org/view.php?/drivers/modem

I see on called gv_telep.pkg that may work. Or just try the
hayescompatible.pkg or hayeserrorcorrecting.pkg and see if they work. If it
is hayes compatible it probably will work with either of those.
