As far as I know, Avi Drissman, (www.drissman.com/avi/newton/) wrote the
only fix for this issue, Fix2010. It is available on his web site and UNNA.

Avi's readme notes that Fix2010 is ALPHA-quality software. It has undergone
almost no testing. It has not proved itself and recommends extreme care in
using it. Fix2010 allows your Newton's clock to be set past 2010, and allows
it to roll over past 2010 without incident.
