Well I finally did it! I bought a Farallon Skyline wireless pc card and a D-link Air DWL-650. When I downloaded Hiroshi's driver my Newton says "There is a problem with this card Newton cannot recognize this type of card"? The back of this card says Skyline Wirelss Card IEEE 802.11 compliant DSSS @2.4 GHz ISM band FRCC part 15 class b MXF-WL201 ETS 300.328/300.826 Made in Taiwan s/n 0000C5090847. Read the the archives and it said it should work/be recognized but it's not???Any clues? I download 1.06 driver from Hiroshi's site.
The D-link DWL-650 is recognized with Hiroshi's 1.08 driver (yes this is a 3.3 volts card). I will try to set up this card later this evening and update the list.
I also just received the Asante FriendlyNet Router (FR1004AL). Anybody using this router?
