the driver on UNNA makes the printer print normally. If you use the
built in driver on your Newt, it prints one line/pass every 10-15
seconds. The Portable 300 series printers use an enhanced version of
PCL3 (HP's Page Description Language) and should be compatible with
each other, except that like someone else said the IR box may be
slightly different.
