Hm, by now it sounds as you're in trouble.
Did you remove DashBoard? (including prefs)
(Though you might not be able to do that without Extras I'm guessing
you can still access your Extras through DashBoard itself.)

Otherwise a backup-restore without system info and DashBoard might be
the best solution...
