you're correct. Newt's Cape handles frames -- though not like a
traditional browser since I figured a subdivided already-small screen
could be next to useless (in addition to the complexities of
implementing layout).
frames can viewed as either:
- main frame appears as a set of links, and you can then browse the
individual parts
- all parts are merged into a single document, with each part in its
own section (and accessible via table of contents)
there are various options to control this, described by Peter Rand in
his introduction/tutorial, as well as the more encyclopedic NC ref
docs.
