Newtscape didn't work for me. I'm only running a 2000 and I think I ran
out of heap. It kept crashing before I could reach the login/password
prompts.

What I ended up doing was using Nethopper and IP'ing into the address of
the frame I want to use, i.e., http://xx.xx.xxx.xx/docall.ssi

It works.
