I could be wrong, but I think they generally do. Every 2000 that I have
purchased has had version 2.1 installed. There are different releases of
version 2.1 as well, and these updates can be installed. So presumably in
the unlikely event that you do have a 2000 with version 2.0 you can always
upgrade it.
