Thanks to everyone who came to my aid with offers to provide me with
an archive of Goliath.
The built-in WebDAV support in Panther didn't seem to work for me. I
have a Subversion repository which exposes a WebDAV interface and is
configured for anonymous read-only access and requires authentication
for write access.
When connecting to this via Finder, it never asks me for a
user/password -- it shows me the contents of the repository just fine,
but in a read-only mode. I've read reports that this might be because
the WebDAV interface to Subversion doesn't support locking; or, more
accurately, Subversion doesn't support locking, and therefore Finder
reverts to a read-only access mode.
Goliath works like a charm, however.
Gavin.
