hi Don,

when i installed Freeze Utilities i noticed the same thing, and i was
clueless, since the instructions said that the package would install a
new item in Prefs, where one could actually set the preferences for
freezing packages. then i realized that the new item was really
installed, but i was not "seeing" it. try tapping Extras -> Prefs and
then scrolling down with the down-arrow button, you should see the
freezing preferences.
