Absolutely not. A newton's data card uses a very different format than
anything around. And also you cannot use infrared as NCU does not
support it. You would need to get it beamed from another newton user,
or get someone else to copy stuff from their newton to the data card
if you do not want to or cannot hook it up to your computer. Once you
get wireless or Ethernet working, then it becomes really easy as you
can connect it to your computer via AppleTalk or similar. If you would
like to purchase equipment to hook it up, you'll need a serial dongle,
a serial cable, and if your mac does not have a serial port, you will
also need a Keyspan Mac Serial to USB adapter.
