hello Roman,

maybe i'm stating the obvious, but it's possible to import in
NewtonWorks at least RTF files and text files created in BBEdit. i used
to import/export many documents, and in many occasions i used word to
convert DOC files in RTF files, to be read and edited on the Newton.
but perhaps you meant something more direct, like reading word .DOC
attachments right away. :)
