shipping to canada, same problem

ups charges 25$ customs brokerage fee
for the "service" of collecting the 15% sales and gst taxes

us postal service, in conjunction with canada post
charges 5$ for the same "service"
AND if under 20 $ value, NO Charge, NO tax

all the couriers are the same

if a vendor won't take the trouble to ship usps, i don't buy
i don't care about how fast, but mail is not bad, especially the prepaid one
charge small package services.... surely it's not THAT much trouble...
