LANUG Meeting at the Grove Applestore, April 30th., Saturday, 7:30 pm - ???
Hopefully we can get Tiger to 'surprise' us as we try Newton software to connect and see what other 'Newton stuff' has been added to the Mac OS 10.x.
Also, as always I'll have NuShields for sale per Mark R's stipulations.
Also thanks to Mark at MacsRUsComputers, I'll have Calise Soft Leather Cases for the MP110/120/130 for sale at the meeting. 6 available.
4 meg. linear flash cards also for sale, tested on MP2100, will test on Newton OS 1.x/eMate tonight. 5 available.
Megahertz CXM556 X-Jack modem cards also for sale, tested on MP2100 and the 56K-driver. 10 available.
BTW, Mark at MacsRus, in the order that I got on Friday, it's missing one 4 meg. flash card. Check your stock and see if it was misplaced. Now that the order is delivered, I prefer you to send the cost of card with the shipping total to Victor for supporting his NTLK. :-)
Also thanks for the 'gift', now I have 11 of these, doesn't work with earthlink dial-up but just in case. :-)
At the meeting my PB running OS 9.2.2 will have airport access to any Newt that needs software, my 1 GB. Newton Stuff folder vers. 7.1 is still a mess but the wealth of software is worth it.
