Hello Clayton,
I had the name wrong. It is called VideoPhone. Here is a link to the program:

It connects two Newtons via IrDA (and possibly through other channels?) This allows your friend sitting next to you or across from you to draw pictures and send messages that appear on your Newton's 'desktop'. You in turn, can send back replies which appear on your friend's Newton 'desktop'. It's a fun learn and play app for working with kids. I'd like to see this adapted to an Internet connection, so that Newton users could comunicate and write on each other's Newtons in near real time. That would be pretty cool.
