I dimly remember that these were Lucent Bronze
models. Many have reported here that they were
unable to make them connect to anything. At least
for my setup I can confirm this. Using a Lucent
Silver Turbo my Newton connects without a hitch
to my DrayTek router. If I replace the Silver Turbo
with a Bronze Turbo, I can't connect to anything,
regardless if the card is in a Newton or in a
Windows laptop.
That doesn't mean that it won't work in your
setup, it just means that there are cards like
the Silver Turbo out there that will make it work
in more setups.
